No, you can’t control EAs from iOS or Android devices.

every thing is possible . but i think you need to use Api or webrequest to control file on over the internet

I don’t know if is possible, but you ca use a Windows VPS. You can download the RD Client (Remote Desktop for Windows), and enter to the to your Desktop from your iPhone/Android, where your Metatrader 5 is running your EA. You can Put it On or Remove as you wish from your phone. Hope it helps.

You can add pending order which EA reads constantly and cancels all trading if the order has been deleted.
